Orders Are Custom
Many Jakkrabbits pairs are made or finished for the customer after order confirmation, so product choices and timing matter.
Workshop agreement
These terms explain how Jakkrabbits handles website use, handmade orders, customization, payment, sizing support, production timing, delivery, and customer support.
Before checkout
Terms should help customers understand what changes once a handmade pair enters the workshop queue.
Many Jakkrabbits pairs are made or finished for the customer after order confirmation, so product choices and timing matter.
Payments should be handled through secure payment providers, with order records kept in the Jakkrabbits commerce engine.
Handmade footwear moves through fit review, material prep, production, finishing, quality check, and shipping.
Customers should use sizing help before production starts because made-to-order choices can affect cancellation and return options.
Full terms
These terms are written for Jakkrabbits online ordering and the custom commerce engine that will support checkout, workshop status, and customer support.
01
These terms apply when you use Jakkrabbits online services.
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the Jakkrabbits website, browsing products, placing orders, requesting sizing support, tracking orders, and contacting the workshop.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to any related policies linked from the website, including the Privacy Policy and future shipping or return policies.
02
Use the site only for lawful, respectful, and purchase-related purposes.
You may use the website to learn about Jakkrabbits, browse products, read editorial content, request support, and place or track orders.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, submit harmful code, or use the service for fraudulent activity.
03
Handmade footwear may include natural variation and customer-selected details.
Jakkrabbits products are built around leather, lasts, soles, construction choices, and workshop finishing. Natural leather marks, grain variation, color variation, and patina are part of the material character.
When a product is customized or made to order, the selected details become part of the order brief. The customer is responsible for reviewing the order details before submitting payment.
04
Prices, taxes, shipping, and import duties must be clear before checkout.
Product prices, shipping fees, tax handling, and currency support should be shown during the purchase flow. Prices may change over time, but confirmed order records should preserve the price accepted at checkout unless an error requires correction.
International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or carrier collection fees required by the destination country.
05
Payment confirms the order and starts the commerce workflow.
To place an order, you must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, sizing, and payment information. Jakkrabbits may refuse, cancel, or review orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, abusive, or inconsistent with product rules.
Payments should be processed through secure payment providers. Jakkrabbits should store order and payment metadata needed for reconciliation, not sensitive full card details.
06
Made-to-order lead times are estimates, not instant fulfillment promises.
Jakkrabbits handmade footwear may require a production window because each pair moves through review, material preparation, stitching, lasting, sole building, finishing, quality check, and dispatch.
Estimated lead times should be shown before purchase and may change because of material availability, fit clarification, workshop queue, holidays, quality control, or carrier handoff timing.
07
Sizing is a shared responsibility before production begins.
Customers should review size guidance and contact Jakkrabbits before ordering if they are unsure. The workshop may review sizing details before production, especially for made-to-order pairs.
AI sizing or measurement tools may provide estimates, but they do not replace customer judgment or direct workshop support.
08
Shipping begins after workshop completion and quality check.
After production and quality check, Jakkrabbits should dispatch the order using tracked shipping where available. Carrier timelines are separate from the workshop production estimate.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details and respond promptly if the carrier or customs authority requires additional information.
09
Custom handmade orders need clear cancellation and return rules.
Because many Jakkrabbits products are made or customized for the customer, cancellation and return eligibility may depend on the order stage, product condition, customization level, and applicable law.
The final commerce engine should clearly show cancellation and return rules before checkout and attach a policy snapshot to each order.
10
Catalog details can change, and errors may need correction.
Jakkrabbits works to present accurate product, pricing, material, availability, and lead-time information. Errors, omissions, or material availability changes may still occur.
If an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted, Jakkrabbits may contact the customer to choose a replacement detail, adjust the order, wait for material availability, or cancel and refund as appropriate.
11
The Jakkrabbits brand, content, photography, and designs are protected.
The website, brand name, logos, product photography, editorial content, interface design, copy, and other materials are owned by Jakkrabbits or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit Jakkrabbits content without permission.
12
Messages, reviews, and submitted files must be lawful and truthful.
If Jakkrabbits allows reviews, comments, uploads, or customer submissions, you are responsible for the material you provide.
By submitting content to Jakkrabbits, you allow the workshop to use it for support, order processing, and customer experience purposes. Public marketing use should be handled with appropriate permission and context.
13
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Jakkrabbits handles personal information under the Privacy Policy. Order, sizing, payment metadata, shipping, support, and tracking data are needed to operate the commerce and workshop process.
If customer accounts are introduced later, customers are responsible for keeping login credentials private and for notifying Jakkrabbits if they suspect unauthorized account use.
14
The website may change as the commerce engine is built.
Jakkrabbits may update, change, pause, or remove parts of the website, product catalog, content, features, or services as the revamp and backend engine evolve.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, errors, infrastructure issues, or third-party service problems.
15
Terms must set practical limits while preserving customer rights required by law.
The website and content are provided for product information, ordering, and support. Jakkrabbits should not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every product representation will be perfectly identical to the final handmade pair.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit customer rights that cannot legally be limited.
16
Dispute language should match Jakkrabbits jurisdiction and sales model.
These terms are intended to be governed by Indonesian law, while preserving customer rights that apply under mandatory consumer protection rules.
The preferred customer experience is to resolve issues through workshop support first, especially for fit, order changes, shipping, and repair questions.
17
Terms should be versioned and updated when the service changes.
Jakkrabbits may update these terms as the website, checkout, account system, policy system, AI sizing tools, shipping workflows, or legal requirements change.
The current version should show the latest review date. Future checkout should store the terms version accepted with each order.
18
Customers can contact the workshop for questions about these terms.
For questions about these Terms & Conditions, purchases, order changes, sizing, or support, contact Jakkrabbits at support@jakkrabbits.com.
When contacting support about an order, include the order number and the email used at checkout.
Need context?
For order changes, sizing uncertainty, payment questions, or policy clarification, contact the workshop early. Once a custom pair enters production, some changes may be limited.
